Digital Products — No Right of Withdrawal
Ignite Bloom sells digital products, including travel e-guides and wellness planners, delivered electronically via instant download.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
Defective or Incorrect Files
If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g. corrupted file, wrong file delivered), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@ignite-bloom.com and we will resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement file.
