2. Digital products & delivery All products sold by Ignite Bloom are digital. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchase via download link or direct access. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes.

3. Waiver of right of withdrawal (EU) In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), by purchasing a digital product you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has begun

This waiver applies to all digital products sold through Ignite Bloom.

4. Pricing & payment All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments / [Mollie].

5. Refunds Due to the nature of digital products and the waiver described in Section 3, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

6. Intellectual property & license All digital products sold by Ignite Bloom are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes. You may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute the product
  • Use the product for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated
  • Claim the work as your own

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability Our Services and products are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of our products for a particular purpose.
